Client Care is paramount here at Permack and Associates.  We truly believe in providing the best and most thorough care for our clients and that can sometimes mean doing things that you could never put in a regular job description.

We Get It

There are so many sides to real estate - there’s the fast-paced home search, the listing of your home and the contracts and negotiations, but there’s also so much more.  Listing your family home can be really emotional and really exciting.  Selling and moving have so many unknowns attached, and we get this!  We want to make sure our clients' needs are met and exceeded so they always know they have a professional and a friend every step of the way.

We Love Your Pets

We’ve walked dogs, fed cats, covered birds, fed fish...regular old Doctor Doolittle!  When doing showings, inspections and walkthroughs, we know pets are part of the family too.  Taking the dog out for a walk while a showing or inspection happens, or just taking care when showing a pet-friendly home - it’s our pleasure.

Service Coordination

We’ve coordinated coordinating coordinations.  Seriously...we’ve built great relationships with movers, cleaners, carpet cleaners, handymen, floor planners, painters, etc., and we are more than happy to coordinate appointments and book home services for you.  We know things get really busy, and we are here to help!

It's In The Details

We notice details...we like to arrive a touch early before open houses, showings and inspections to make sure everything is in the right place.  Noticing burned out light bulbs, tucking an iPad away that was left out, and even taking a moment to get all of the lights turned on and then back off before and after a showing. It’s sometimes the little things that mean the most, and it’s the little things that all add up!  

Staging For Show

We stage.  From giving you easy suggestions on how you can showcase your home better, to bringing in our staging stock and placing it before photos, we love staging homes and statistics prove, staged homes do sell faster.  

Communication Is Key

We keep you in the know.  We keep you up to date with important to-do’s, moving checklists, referral guides for services, deadlines and all of the things you need to know about your upcoming move.
