Meet The Team: Cory Permack
How long have you been in real estate and what brought you to the industry?
I've been working in the real estate industry for about 10 years doing photography, video and all things marketing. But always in a support role. Never licensed.
Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised on the west side of Vancouver!
What's your favourite local neighbourhood and why?
I love Port Moody. It has a great vibe, with lots of unique restaurants, breweries, culture, parks, oceanfront and really great communities!
If you could build your dream home, what are the top 3 things you would include?
Hot tub
Full home automation - lights, blinds, speakers, TVs and appliances. I never want to touch a switch or a remote again!
An amazing indoor/outdoor space where I can bbq, swim and drink pina coladas at my leisure.
What's your favourite local shop?
Caffe Divano and Provincial Spirits.
What's your favourite local restaurant?
Saint St. Grill and/or Spacca Napoli
A fun fact about yourself?
In a previous job as a Motion Capture Shoot Supervisor I worked intimately with Tiger Woods, Roger Federer, Derek Jeter, Thierry Henry, Kevin Durant and more!
